Tydi in HLS

An HLS implementation of Tydi does not exist yet, but is planned to be created. As Tydi is a superset of AXI-Stream and e.g. Vitis HLS has an excellent library for AXI-Stream creation and usage, a Tydi library can utilize and build upon this built-in functionality.
